Charles serves as the President of Berkley Management Protection, an operating unit of WR Berkley, providing a wide range of management liability insurance products and services to businesses, government units and not for profit entities.
Charles success is rooted in his keen problem-solving skills and ability to create an environment of interactive discussion and free exchange of ideas while relying upon deep technical and financial analysis. Over his 25 + years in the industry, he has used this leadership style when overseeing mergers and acquisitions, establishing new offices in Europe, North and South America, launching new Professional Liability insurance products and developing the next level of management talent.
Prior to joining the insurance industry, Charles earned a BA from the University of California, Berkley and an MBA from Boston University.
