James has spent the entirety of his 16-year career in the insurance industry focused on two things: delivering exceptional service through active listening and problem solving, and providing clients and colleagues with a positive, infectious energy.
After serving for over a decade in various management and professional liability underwriting and managerial roles within the Private/Not-for-Profit marketplace, James knows how to effectively create growth for his agency partners. James attributes his family (including dog), friends, family and passion for insurance to his success continued motivation.
Before his start in insurance, James graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Finance and Communication.
